Hi Lords!
To keep improving our customer support department and how we can help you, we will change the way tickets are being created in-game with today's update.
Basically, we will be switching from a "chat" view to an "email" view.
Why this change?
-It will help us better track issues that you might encounter when playing Million Lords.
-It will better reflect the exact way our support department actually works.
(The "chat view" created the false impression that it was a live chat even though it's a ticket system handled by agents on a daily basis and with fixed hours: from 9:00 to 17:30 UTC+1 Monday to Friday)
The main change that you'll see is that you will no longer have tickets disappearing, and you'll be able to better keep track of the tickets you send (and the answers you receive).
However, this change comes with quite a downside. All the tickets that were sent via the previous in-game version ("chat view") will be answered, but you might not see our answers, for that, we deeply apologize.
Please, make sure to check the communications on Discord for any issue that might not need a new ticket but for the other issues, please create a new ticket and our team will answer you as soon as possible.
