How do I recover my account?

If you’ve lost access to your account, whether due to being disconnected, forgetting your login details, or other circumstances, you can request account recovery by contacting our Support Team.

What to do

  1. Go to our Support Platform.

  2. Click on Submit a Request button.

  3. Select the Account category.

Information required for verification

To verify ownership of the account, you must provide as many of the following details as possible:

  • Account creation date, along with the nickname and Player ID of the lost account.

  • City and country where the account was created.

  • Previous nicknames (if the nickname was changed at any point).

  • Proofs of purchase (receipts or transaction IDs for any payments made on the account).

  • Any additional information or screenshots that may help identify the player as the legitimate owner.

  • New account information: create a new account on the device and provide the new Player ID and nickname. This new account will be swapped with the old one during the recovery process.

⚠️ Important:

All recovery requests go through a verification screening. Incomplete or inaccurate information may delay or prevent account recovery.

Recovering the old account will unlock the newly created account, making it permanently inaccessible. Players should not use the new account during this process. Items or inventory from the new account will not be transferred to any other account.

Our support team will review your request and contact you as soon as possible once the verification process is complete.
