What to do

  1. Visit our Support Platform.

  2. Click on Submit a request.

  3. Select the Account category.

Information to include

When submitting your request, please provide the following details:

  • Game name

  • Player ID (if known)

What happens next

Once your ticket is submitted, our Support Team will review your request and provide you with details regarding:

  • The reason for the sanction

  • The type and duration of the ban (if applicable)
