PID stands for Player ID.
It is your account’s unique identification serial number in our system and helps us locate and verify your account.
Where to find your PID
You can find your PID in two places:
On the loading screen, displayed in the bottom-left corner
In the game Settings, under the Account options section

Always include your PID when contacting Support, as it helps speed up account-related requests.
