If you did not receive resources from an expedition, you can report the issue by submitting a ticket to our Support Team.
What to do
Go to our Support Platform.
Click on Submit a Request button.
Select the Expedition category.
What information to include
To help the team investigate and resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
The approximate date and time when the expedition returned
The resources you were supposed to receive
A screenshot, if possible, as proof of the issue
Once submitted, the Support Team will review your ticket and assist in restoring any missing resources if the report is verified.
