What do I do if I am missing an item from expedition?

The Game Support section is here to help players resolve any issues encountered while playing. It provides guidance on technical problems, missing items, account-related difficulties, and other in-game challenges. Players can find clear instructions, troubleshooting tips, and information on how to contact the Support Team for assistance.

If you did not receive resources from an expedition, you can report the issue by submitting a ticket to our Support Team.

What to do

  1. Go to our Support Platform.

  2. Click on Submit a Request button.

  3. Select the Expedition category.
     

What information to include

To help the team investigate and resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • The approximate date and time when the expedition returned

  • The resources you were supposed to receive

  • A screenshot, if possible, as proof of the issue

Once submitted, the Support Team will review your ticket and assist in restoring any missing resources if the report is verified.
