Click on Submit a Request button.
Select the Purchase category.
What information to include
To assist you effectively, please provide the following information when submitting a ticket:
Which subscription did you purchase? (Season Bundle or VIP Bundle)
Where was the purchase made? (Play Store or App Store)
Transaction ID (if purchased via Play Store, starting with “GPA…”)
Proof of payment: A screenshot of your bank statement showing the payment, including “Million Lords” in the description
In-game proof: One screenshot showing that you are subscribed, and one screenshot of your profile displaying the advisors
Providing all the requested information will help the Support Team resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
