What to do if I did not receive my subscription?

The Game Support section is here to help players resolve any issues encountered while playing. It provides guidance on technical problems, missing items, account-related difficulties, and other in-game challenges. Players can find clear instructions, troubleshooting tips, and information on how to contact the Support Team for assistance.

If a subscription purchase did not appear in your account, the Support Team can help investigate the issue. 

What to do

  1. Go to our Support Platform.

  2. Click on Submit a Request button.

  3. Select the Purchase category.


 What information to include


To assist you effectively, please provide the following information when submitting a ticket:

  1. Which subscription did you purchase? (Season Bundle or VIP Bundle)

  2. Where was the purchase made? (Play Store or App Store)

  3. Transaction ID (if purchased via Play Store, starting with “GPA…”)

  4. Proof of payment: A screenshot of your bank statement showing the payment, including “Million Lords” in the description

  5. In-game proof: One screenshot showing that you are subscribed, and one screenshot of your profile displaying the advisors

Providing all the requested information will help the Support Team resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
